These guys are awesome and my day would have been really bad without them. I was stranded at a Love's with a busted Airline. I called them and in less than an hour Charlie showed up and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. If I have more business to give them in the future, I'm going to. Thanks guys!

Diesel motorhome engine suddenly started running very rough on highway with check engine light. Parked it checked fluids. Added 1.5 gallons of oil. Still running rough. Called Kirk 's. Tech looked at the dipstick, added 6 more gallons of oil and said it needs a new filter, but can make it across town to Speedco. NOTE: engine only holds 5 gallons including filter. Charged almost $800 and never checked the data port for the engine codes. Eventually lumped into Cummins, where a borehole revealed a valve blown and seized turbo. Called Kirk to get some money back for missed diagnosis and over-filling engine. He said he'd investigate, but just ignored it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely terrible experience. Called them out for a mobile repair on my truck, guy shows up late, walks around acting busy for over an hour, then comes back with some crazy overpriced estimate like I’m made of money. Didn’t even fix anything. Refused the repair and still got hit with a huge invoice for basically standing around in the parking lot. As a truck driver, downtime costs real money, and these people don’t care. Felt more like a scam than a repair service. Tried adding extra fees everywhere they could and got pushy when I questioned the bill. Ended up taking my truck somewhere else and got the same job done fast and for a fraction of the price. Stay away unless you want wasted time, stress, and empty pockets.

Danny was super nice super cool. We couldn’t get parts until the morning for part houses being closed. So we talked about timing in the morning. Danny was at the parts house before they opened and kept me posted the entire time and was back over at the exact time that we discussed the night before. Fixed the truck and a timely manner and explained things through the whole process. 10/10 service will definitely use them in the for future business
